About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and engaging content for our users. You’ll turn complex technical concepts into simple guides and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain product documentation and API guides.

  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy in content.

  • Develop tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

  • Maintain consistency in style and voice across all materials.

  • Support product launches with user-facing guides.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical writing experience.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Familiarity with SaaS, APIs, or workflow automation.

  • Ability to translate technical terms into user-friendly content.

  • Experience with documentation tools like Markdown or Notion.
