Why We Built Kulu

Kulu was born out of a simple realization: the best onboarding comes from humans - but humans don’t scale. In SaaS, Customer Success Managers deliver world-class activation when they guide users directly, yet most customers never get that experience. Static legacy solutions can’t adapt, respond, or truly drive adoption.

With breakthroughs in AI vision, reasoning, and voice, we saw a way to change that - not to replace people, but to amplify them.

No. Kulu is designed to augment your team, automating repetitive onboarding tasks and providing AI-driven guidance, so your CS team can focus on high-value interactions.

How long does it take to set up?

Most customers can get started in just a few hours. Kulu learns the platform using our workflow recorder. Then learns from your product and data sources quickly, and our guided setup ensures a smooth launch.

What are your data protection policies?

Yes. All data is encrypted and processed securely to the highest level, in alignment with ISO27001 standards and following industry best practices. See our docs and security page.

Can I change my plan later?
