About the role
We’re seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement technical solutions for our customers. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and client success.
Responsibilities
Work with customers to understand business and technical needs.
Design scalable solutions using Aurius workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with engineering to deliver custom implementations.
Provide technical expertise during onboarding and demos.
Document best practices and reusable solution templates.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
Strong background in SaaS integrations and APIs.
Proficiency with cloud platforms and deployment models.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
