About the role

We’re seeking a Sales Development Lead to drive growth at Aurius. You’ll identify new opportunities, manage outreach, and build the pipeline that powers revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads.

  • Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and targeting.

  • Report on performance and improve lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience.

  • Proven success in SaaS or B2B lead generation.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
