About the role

We’re looking for a People Operations Lead to shape our culture and manage HR operations. You’ll ensure Aurius remains a great place to work as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

  • Build programs to support employee engagement and retention.

  • Partner with leadership on recruiting and performance reviews.

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across regions.

  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR or people operations experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and policies.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience in scaling teams within a startup or SaaS environment.

  • Empathy, discretion, and people-first mindset.
